In Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Ningbo and Guangzhou, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Longyan these eight places; 15-second ads cost an average of 2.795 RMB Yuan per thousand people. The average cost per thousand people is about one-Sixtieth of local television media.
 
The target audiences of China Media Express- Young white-collar and highly educated, high income, high consumption, take these high quality people as the main part. Males are in the majority, doing business travel as the main purpose. PMEB groups (professionals, managers, management, self-employed business) accounted for nearly 40%; more than 40% of people have traveled 2.5 hours or more, they may have 3 to 5 times to watch the media advertisements.
